1. Exercise data display: Supports visual display of exercise data, and can view daily and historical data of indicators such as steps, calorie consumption, exercise duration, etc. to help manage exercise volume and exercise plans.
2. Sleep data display: Supports visual display of sleep data, and can view relevant data such as deep sleep, light sleep, sleep time, wake-up time, etc., to help users understand their own sleep conditions.

Ratings and reviews

This device and app sort of suck for tracking HR during workouts. Also it loses workouts after saving. Wish they would just allow the Samsung health app to do all the app stuff. I hate going between apps to coordinate data. The activity tracker itself, is really nice tho. Doesn't really mean anything if a major part of it doesn't work well.

Constant issues with the app (not syncing, not recording workouts, alarm is one hour ahead, sleep not recorded properly). Constant issues with the device (disconnects itself, requires manual reconnection, battery life was excellent initially but then after two charges it wasn't even lasting a day). The strap has not been tested properly either so it caused severe skin irritation (I have pics). No refund available.

The app is bricked on Android when an update is released, during the time between when it's released on IOS and then Google play. The app forces you to update and the update is not available on Google play, no way to bypass.
