I cannot log into the app. I did the usuals (change password, force stop the app, restart my phone, delete/re-install the app, try a different device) with nothing chaning. I've reached out to customer support and gotten no response. Cumberland Farms has been my primary gas station for years. At this point, I'm going to have to change gas chains.

Maybe every FastTrac I've gone to isn't a "participating location", but none - NONE - of the deals works, ever. I've verified my phone number and account, entered the same number for rewards at the register, and it never works. Accruing points works, but I've wasted money on things because of advertised deals that didn't work.

The way to save on gas is to link your bank account as a payment method. Coupons and rewards in store are nice. convenient at the pump even without rewards. don't use your dollar off rewards at the pump unless you're using your bank account! It will take the reward without applying it to your purchase. there was a lot of confusion in the beginning, but now that everything has been made clear, I love using Smart Rewards.
