Ratings and reviews

Vietnam cupid and Filipino cupid are made by the same people. You sign up and get flooded with "messages" but in order to even read one message (not respond , just read) you have to pay their subscription. Same setup for both apps and they look exactly the same with different color theme. Once you start communicate with your "matches", they stop responding because they've achieved their goal of getting you to subscribe and have moved to the next customer. These apps are a scam. Don't bother

I paid for the subscription and next day they deactivated my profile!! Absolutely terrible experience, it's like they looted my money and disappeared!! Wrote to their helpline so many times but to no avail. Stay away from this fraud app!

I am a 1 year platinum subscriber. The photos that I uploaded have had their quality reduced from clear to blur. Some photos have been undesirably cropped. If I want my photos cropped, I can do it before uploading. It is not for the service provider to modify what a user wishes to present, unless a photo is generally offensive. Don't you think so?
