How it works
1. Log in with BankID via our app or website.
2. Describe your symptoms, upload pictures and answer additional questions.
3. A dermatologist will respond within 24 hours on weekdays - often much faster! Contact via chat, phone or video.

All communication is secure and GDPR-protected.

Payment is made with Swish, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Important to know
We are a completely private clinic, which means that free cards do not apply.
Medicines follow the same rules as in public healthcare. If the medicine is included in the medicine benefit (TLV), it is covered by high-cost protection.
