To use the CUSB Banking app, you must be enrolled as a CUSB Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Pretty easy to use, the staff are helpful, and it's very convenient, the only thing I could ask for more of is just the services to be a bit faster, other than that it's a great way to keep an eye on your balance and everything else. Although occasionally the service will shut down for whatever reason, being unable to move money from your accounts, or see the up to date data.

transactions with show pending and a lower balance, then disappear and have a higher balance again. if I wasn't on top on my finances I see how easy it could be for someone to over spend and occur fees. check deposit process usually errors out a few times before it works. I get loading errors all the time as well.

once in a while it will ask to "check for updates", even though it has been up to date. Can't get into my account when I have this issue.
