Cushy Rider is the delivery-partner app for riders working with Cushy Access. It provides the tools you need to receive orders, complete deliveries, monitor your earnings and manage payouts from one convenient application.
RECEIVE DELIVERY OPPORTUNITIES
Get notified when eligible delivery orders become available. Review the pickup and drop-off information, expected rider earnings and order details before accepting an order.
MANAGE EVERY STAGE OF A DELIVERY
Follow each delivery from acceptance to completion. Update your progress when heading to the pickup location, collecting an order, travelling to the customer and completing delivery.
NAVIGATE CONFIDENTLY
View pickup and drop-off locations on the map and open supported navigation applications for route guidance. Report an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, an unsafe location or another delivery problem from within the app.
KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED
When you are online or completing a delivery, location tracking allows Cushy Access, dispatch and the customer receiving the order to follow delivery progress. Location tracking continues when necessary in the background and stops when you go offline or the delivery is completed.
VERIFY COMPLETED DELIVERIES
Delivery confirmation codes help ensure that orders reach the intended recipient before they are marked as delivered.
TRACK EARNINGS AND PAYOUTS
Review your available balance, delivery earnings and transaction history. Add and verify your payout account and request a payout of eligible funds.
MANAGE YOUR RIDER PROFILE
Complete identity and vehicle verification, review document status, update supported profile information, manage notification preferences, contact support or request deletion of your account.
Cushy Rider is intended for approved Cushy Access delivery partners. Registration and submitted documents may be reviewed before delivery access is activated.
Location availability, delivery opportunities and some features depend on your account status, device permissions, network connection and the service coverage available in your area.
