Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Ratings and reviews

The idea is great. You connect your phone to the vehicle, and the display shows you things, aiming for a distraction free ride. BUT, the fact that you need to log in ONLY using your registered phone number, makes this functionality really limited. By limiting just one phone number to log in, every other family member or friend, can't use this. This defeats the whole purpose of connectivity. Hero could hide personal information from others but let them connect! You've made it harder than cars!

Very disappointing app. Why is login required even for basic navigation? My old number is inactive and updating to a new number is full of unnecessary formalities. Even after completing everything, the number still doesn’t change. I spent ₹1+ lakh on my Xpulse and can’t even properly use the official app. Waste of time and very frustrating.

After booking a service appointment 2 days ago on this app, I used the app's navigation to get there today. It led me to a random location EIGHTEEN kilometres away from the premia service centre. Not only did I have to run 20+ extra kms due to the faulty navigation, the service advisor refused to take my bike in saying they don't take service appointments from the app when I reached there. They have a useless service appointment option that can't even navigate to their own service centre.
