Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Major Flaws in Navigation & Usability—Needs an Overhaul! While the basic features like viewing my vehicle details and getting service reminders are present, the application's current state is a huge disappointment. The most critical issue is the inbuilt map and navigation feature. It is running on outdated data, making it unreliable for actual travel. The roads are often inaccurate, leading to confusing and frustrating detours. In a connected bike app, the map must be current.

Unable to connect Bluetooth. I've tried everything. Even the showroom folks tried their best. They say, just ride first. Sometimes, it will fix itself eventually through updates or something. Riding for 3 weeks now, and I still struggle to have a proper connection so the onboard navigation is a white elephant for now. Will have it check again during first service.i have completed first service but not solve my problem. bad experience

Unable to connect Bluetooth. The pairing works manually but the app doesn't see that. And the app itself is unable to pair. The bike's bluetooth is fine, the app has become incompetent, it worked when I bought the bike.
