Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Very disappointing experience. Booked service through the app, paid ₹1,109 including service charges and engine oil, but my bike was returned with the same issues. The service center seemed more focused on selling parts than fixing problems. Even basic complaints were ignored. Now they keep calling me to visit again for the same unresolved issue. Customers don't have time for repeated visits. Poor service quality, wasted time, and no value for money.

worst app I have ever seen. it is not even sending the otp to my registered mobile number I am unable to login so I can't connect to my bike bluetooth. then what's the need of giving that facilitates of you are not able to do a simple work otp sending to mobile number..... worst experience. I will give negative star but it is not available...

Needs improvement. I am facing Bluetooth connectivity issues even after trying so many times... I've done all the process to get it connected, but failed. Earlier it was working fine and connected properly, but for the last couple of times it's failed to connect. kindly help
