Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Useless app. It just takes up space on your phone and never does what it’s supposed to. None of the features work: 1. It forces you to switch on location, Bluetooth, mobile data—everything. 2. Even when all permissions are granted, it either never connects or is extremely hard to connect. 3. If it does open, the navigation sucks—it always shows only one direction (mine always shows left). 4. The shopping section never works. 5. It constantly says, “Oh, some error occurred.”

In New update. I can’t find my profile when I swipe left. Whenever I swipe from the left, right, or anywhere on the screen, the app keeps exiting automatically on my phone. I’ve been trying again and again to swipe left to access my profile, but the app closes every time. Who designed this type of interface? This is the worst design I have ever seen. Almost all phones use swipe gestures for the back function, so this design is very inconvenient and frustrating to use.

I'm facing a login problem. When I enter my registered mobile number to log in, it shows "number not registered." It's giving an option to update the number by providing the vehicle chassis and engine number. While trying this option, it is showing my registered number, which is the same one I am unable to log in with. I tried to change the registered number to another number, but I'm not getting the OTP. requesting you to kindly solve my issue and I can happily give 5 star rating.
