Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

App not working properly for Xpulse 210, Bluetooth not connecting automatically or manually, for connecting my phone to the bike I need to unpair or delete the bike every time, this is totally frustrating. Went to my first service and when I told them about the issue they just told me that it's kind of a software issue and it's for some phones only, don't know why it can't be rectified. For booking the service the app doesn't do its job properly.

Very disappointing service experience. I paid around ₹3,000 for an engine-related repair, but within just four months, the same issue has returned. When I contacted customer support, I was told that I would have to pay again. If the repair was done properly, why did the same problem return so soon? Hero should take responsibility, investigate the issue properly, and improve its customer support.

I bought a Hero Destiny 110 last December, and ever since I purchased this vehicle, it has been having one problem or another. We are extremely परेशान by this. We have already given it for servicing 4–5 times, but this model itself seems to be defective. Every time the vehicle is repaired, it works fine for 2–3 days, and then the same problems start again..do not buy this article.
