At the E-City hub, most of the vehicles are not in working condition. I booked a scooter and checked six different ones, but none were operational. They also clearly stated that a refund would not be possible. Eventually, I took a Splendor, but that too broke down on the highway. I had to leave the bike at a nearby store and continue my journey by bus. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and reflects poorly on their service.

I had a terrible and unacceptable experience with Freedo Rentals. I rented a Glamour bike after specifically confirming with staff, battery was in good condition. After riding 2 hours, I parked for just 20 minutes — and the bike completely failed to start. The battery had drained. I tried for nearly 20 minutes before being forced to push the bike to a mechanic. If this is how Freedo treats customers, it raises serious concerns about safety and service standards. Avoid unless you want troubles.

Hello, I have taken your rental bikes 2–3 times before and my experience was okay. But this time, the bike I received is in very poor condition. The bike has multiple issues – it does not start properly, the self-start is not working, and the mileage is also very poor. It clearly needs proper maintenance. Please look into this matter seriously and improve the condition of your vehicles. Otherwise, from my side, this experience has been very disappointing. Thank you.
