Ok but bikes should be needed with more conditions but I waited more than 3 hours to PICK-UP a bike even though the slot I booked for 10-11 AM. When you don't have bikes available you shouldn't accept the booking on an app it's a complete mistake from your end and I got affected with your negligence.

🚫⚠️📢 Worst Experience Ever – Refund Scam Alert! ⚠️ I want to warn everyone before using this bike rental app. They take extra charges in the name of refund, and even after returning the bike on time, they don’t give the full refund. Customer support is also useless — they just keep making excuses and never solve the issue. My money got deducted unnecessarily, and I still haven’t received the complete refund. This app looks like a refund scam. 💥 Please be careful before booking a bike from

very bad experience, no response for service from both hub and service centre, don't waste time, better have a second hand bike.I went multiple times to hub to fix the bike. No response rather told me to fix from outside , said that they will consider the expenditure at return time, I fixed it by 1020/- Return time the consideration is that (" Thankyou , for taking our service, We will provide you better service next time"),,,, I said 'TATA.... BYE-BYE....KHATAM... Never next time.....
