Do not get a bike on a subscription plan from them; their service is terrible. No staff member answers calls or provides any response. When you visit the office, they promise to resolve the issue in 2–3 days but just keep making you run around. I have a bike on subscription and have paid the full amount, yet no one is processing the bike transfer; they just lie every time, telling me to come back in a few days. The service is awful—they have been giving me the runaround like this last 2 month.

My experience with Freedo rental bike service was extremely disappointing. The entire process is unnecessarily time-consuming. Bike booking is possible only through their app, but unfortunately the app itself does not work properly, making the booking process frustrating from the start. The condition of the bike provided was very poor. The self-start was not working, and when I complained, the staff casually said it would start working after riding the bike for 7–8 km, which is completely bekar

very bad experience. waited for 2 hours during pickup. all vehicles were in very bad condition, breaks not working , vehicle moving in one direction , no side mirrors. Called customer care for cancellation but they told me to wait for 15 mins for callback but no one called. At the end , accepted the least damaged vehicle . It is making sounds , rear break not working , mirrors are loose and about to fall down.
