Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it." The app was working flawlessly but the devs lost their mind and updated the service section. Now it's impossible to select a new service station. It's always set to a service station in which I visited last time. The search is also broken. When searching for a new area it's showing "Currently we are not servicing this location..." Fix it.

At first it works good but now i cannot even connected to Bluetooth and the navigation shows incorrect location. Before this happen direction arrows while riding shows incorrect arrows. When there is a junction and curves it still show straight line. When there is only left turn it sometimes show right turn. What a trash apps.

The app is great and versatile.... But I have to admit it has some problems. My bike connection with Bluetooth sometimes disconnects often and the navigation is in-app and doesn't display on dashboard. It can be resolved with mounting the phone, but what is the use of digital display then?.If the r&d department could make it so it displays just words left and right like in the caller name, it would be quite beneficial for us.
