The most disgusting app ever.. Why you can't update your software? If payment is being done you should provide the receipt. And why it takes so much time to update payment info and we get calls from your agents that you have not done the payment yet?? If you can't work on it then remove the app.. Why should I get the harassment all the time? Sometimes the payment link is not available.. And why will I contact your customer service? You have a problem with your app you have to solve it..

No option to give zero star. This is a pathetic app. There are no options to make payment. Every time you have to call customer care to get a link for payment. Another issue - there is no option to download account statement. The pdf which is there doesn't show how much amount of loan is paid on a particular point of time. Tata Finance as a whole is a very bad company. I have submitted ECS form thrice and they lost it everytime, forcing me to pay EMI from web app/mobile app. Pathetic..

Very bad experience!!! I am unable to track my payments made through this app. Billdesk with the application has major glitch. So, Never pay your emi online to tmf. Always use payment over counter in its branches. I have lost my hard earned money is a sum of Rs.70000. Customer support service is also pathetic!!!
