oh my.. the developers of this app need to do better. I love the concept however, the execution and customer service is very wanting. From delays while sending money, receiving money taking upto 72hrs goodness! I almost got hanged by my suppliers while using this app. More to that how difficult is it just to have name confirmations before sending funds to a personal line. I love payless but now it is becoming pointless. I hope they improve and make me doubtless.

I have tried tracking reversal of funds that should be initiated by Payless in coordination with Stanbic, to reverse money back to the owner since it didn't reflect on my Paylesss waller and even after 36hrs the WhatsApp agent start diverting talks to fraud 𤄠and scam. This is the second time Tracing funds even reversal Is like it's a favor. you should now check on your agents training to improve customer service. and upto now am still held up. no money no feedback despite providing all nssi
