worked great for the first year that my work had it, but now we are having issues. Our app is unable to connect to the printer and it takes about 7 attempts to print a label. We've tried unplugging it, resetting it, turning it off and on, restarting our phones, and restarting our Internet but it still takes 7 attempts to print a label.

This app is amazing! Though the only thing that bothers me is th a t I can't have more than one location saved at a time. I hop around 3 other stores, and I have to change my prep wizard between the 3 stores I travel to. I think having g the option of adding multiple saved locations would be helpful. Having a small window pop up asking to check the location of the store you are at clicking the correct location and beginning your prep for the day would be a fantastic change/opportunity

if a way to edit or delete the presets gets added that would be epic. i work at a location that is changing its menu every month so being able to edit the presets would help a lot. additionally the app has been flat out refusing to print stickers on my phone which is the reason for the low rating
