I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Since the app "updated" 2/1/26, I do not trust it. Prior to that, it was perfect. The app is nothing like what it was 1/31/26. "Goals" completely changed as well as "probability of success". Who would send out a document with drastic changes on Sunday when the office is closed to get clarification? Very upsetting. I've been with Edward Jones 30+ years, never had an issue until yesterday.

Ridiculously unable to use app to transfer funds from business account without a phone call. app jumps and fails with errors with mobile check deposits. Also silly that bill pay is for only one account. money goes in but it doesn't come out.
