I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Ridiculously unable to use app to transfer funds from business account without a phone call. app jumps and fails with errors with mobile check deposits. Also silly that bill pay is for only one account. money goes in but it doesn't come out.

Liked my rep but apparentlyPenny got rid of my rep while rep dealing with hurricane issues rather than providingsupport. Not happy withhow happened...Most of POSITIVE reviews are not about APP, but the Rep. The most recent update is still bad. APP is totally deficient!! App gives less and less valuable information with each update. High reviews number based on rep reviews rather than APP REVIEWS!! Need more market news and charts!!
