A leak has opened on the top floor of a petrol station, and you are the only one holding a bucket.

Splashix is a retro LCD arcade game of timing and nerve. Drops fall down four lanes; step under them and catch them before they hit the floor. When your bucket is full, walk out to the balcony and pour it down into the barrel below. The barrel does not wait for you: it moves along the second floor, and you have to leave at the right moment for the oil to land when it arrives.

THE BET THAT MAKES THE GAME
Your bucket holds three drops. Pour one at a time and you play safe for very little. Fill it and you score far more, but a fourth drop overflows, you cannot catch anything while you wait for the barrel, and the whole run is riding on your timing. Every full bucket is a small gamble.

TWO WAYS TO LOSE, COUNTED APART
Three drops on the floor ends the game. So do three spills onto the customers waiting downstairs. Watch both counters: the one that kills you is rarely the one you were watching.
