Definitely getting some hearthstone vibes here, but this isn't a direct rip off and has a different art style and GUI. And the part where you can upgrade cards(fighters?) on the battlefield is also something different from hearthstone. You also have to love the cutscenes. Edit: knocking off a star because it always gets stuck on the resources page.

It's a "faster" experience than most card games I'm used to; most of the matches tend to end on turn 7 or 8. That's not a bad thing, just something you should know when you get started. It's factions feel relatively unique compared to each other, the evolve mechanic feels really nice and "aggressive", and once I understood the meta it felt like there was few moments where something seemed unfair. A solid game overall, but make sure you have a decent sized screen on mobile.

This is the first one of these where I feel I can actually have fun without spending huge amounts of cash. The mechanics take advantage of the digital format. They are fairly generous with the card packs and bonuses. And there is almost constantly some event that adds variety. There are score rewards, missions, and single player stories to help. The liquify mechanic helps you feel like duplicate cards aren't wasted. It's like they actually want people to play the game! I Love it.
