I've just started this diet. So I can't comment on results ad of yet. The only critsism I have is in substitutions. I'm lactose and gluten sensitive and somethings in the diet I cannot consume. Needs to tend a bit more to intolerance for certain food groups.
Once you get to day 2 all you get is adds...... straight up joke glad day one is free no where close to a military diet
I m vegetarian..So what food I replaced for eggs..
I love it! I do have a question however. After you've followed the 3 days, do you just continue your week like you usually do? I understand you can't let loose completely, but what are some examples of foods to eat in the remaining 4 days? Is there any foods (beside the obvious sugars) to avoid? Thanks in advance.
