About this app

Cylux is a parental-control app that helps parents and guardians manage their
children's screen time, apps, web access, and location — all from one simple
dashboard.

You install Cylux on your child's device and pair it to your parent account.
From then on, you manage everything remotely from the Cylux Parent app on your
own phone or tablet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Screen time — Set a daily time limit and see how long each app is used.
• App limits & blocking — Give individual apps their own daily cap, or block
apps you don't want used at all.
• Access windows (schedules) — Lock the device during bedtime, school, or
homework hours, automatically, every day.
• Web filtering — Block unsafe and adult websites. Optionally extend filtering
to every device on your home Wi-Fi.
• Location — See where your child's device is on a live map.
• Activity insights — Review app usage, websites visited, and notification
activity so you can have better conversations about healthy device habits.
• Rewards — Grant bonus minutes when your child earns them.
• Multiple devices — Manage all of your children and their devices from one
account.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES, NOT SURVEILLANCE

Cylux is designed for parents and legal guardians to look after their own minor
children, with their knowledge. The Cylux app is visible on the child's device —
it is not hidden or covert. We do not record audio or video, and we do not take
screenshots. The Google Play edition does not read SMS messages or call logs.
