I wish for more details of the app. salesperson at stores just advise us to download the app with no further details; the salespersons can't explain anything great about the app. it's just a waste of time downloading it and it would consume a space on my phone's internal memory with no purpose at all.

I was supposed to redeem my points in TWG since it's one of the stores included in their list, but they told me you can only earn NOT SPEND in their store. Nowhere in the app this is mentioned. Tried also Hamley's but they said they are OFFLINE. Remind me of my experience with Jollibee's happyplus. This just turns me off to stay away from SSI brands instead of being loyal to their brands because of terrible experience of claiming my rewards.

Unable to sign in after entering the CORRECT code from email. Says that code is case sensitive. Tried several times and even reinstalled the app but now says duplicate email not allowed. SO FRUSTRATING! Hope you guys can fix this.
