A round timer that does more than count.
Most timers just ring a bell. LBS builds the work. Every round gets its own combination, drilled on repeat for the full two or three minutes, so it has time to become yours instead of scrolling past. The rest period shows you the next one, so you can load it before the bell.
And it gets harder. Round one is one or two punches. Kicks arrive around round three. The awkward transitions only show up once you're warm — which is exactly when you should be training them.
COMBINATIONS THAT ACTUALLY FLOW
Combos aren't pulled from a hand-written list. Every strike declares which foot carries it and where your weight lands when it finishes, and the generator only builds sequences a body can genuinely throw in order. No combination that leaves you standing on the wrong leg for the next kick.
Thirty-one strikes: punches to head and body, roundhouse, front, side and low kicks, knees, elbows, and the defensive movement — rolls, ducks and pivots — that resets your stance mid-combo.
BUILT FOR THE BAG, NOT FOR A DESK
- Four audio cues, no voice. Ticks into the round, a bell to start, three raps on wood at thirty seconds left, a double bell to end.
- Ducks your music instead of stopping it.
- Keeps the screen awake, and the clock runs on wall-clock time so it can't drift.
- Big enough to read from across the room, on a phone propped on a bench.
- Strike codes are fixed symbols in every language, like chess notation — so the combo reads the same wherever you train.
YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE
- Works completely offline. No account, no sign-in.
- Your settings and your round count stay on your device.
- No ads, ever.
- Usage analytics are off unless you turn them on.
- Eight languages: English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil) and Simplified Chinese.
SET IT UP HOW YOU TRAIN
Rounds, round length, rest length and countdown are all yours to set. Boxing only, if you want hands and head movement without kicks. Or open every round with jab-cross before the generator takes over.
LBS PRO — ONE PAYMENT
The free app gives you 18 strikes and a lot of work. Pro unlocks all 31, including low kicks, the spinning back fist, the Superman punch, and the whole defensive set — which matters more than the count, because rolls and pivots reset your base mid-combo and make transitions the generator simply can't build without them. Not just more strikes: combinations you'd never otherwise see.
One payment. No subscription. Every future strike included.
BEFORE YOU START
LBS is a timer, not a coach. It can't see you, your space or your equipment, and it gets harder as you get tired. Kickboxing training carries a real risk of serious injury. Get medical clearance before you train, learn technique from a qualified in-person coach, check your gear and your space before every session, and stop whenever you need to. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
