Make every rep count with REP AI, a camera-based workout companion that helps you focus on your movement instead of counting in your head. Set your phone where the camera can see you, choose an exercise, and start training. No wearable is required.
REP AI uses on-device pose tracking to follow key body landmarks during a workout. It displays a simple live camera overlay, counts completed repetitions for supported exercises, and records your session so you can review it later.
EXERCISES FOR YOUR ROUTINE
Choose from seven exercises: dumbbell curl, hammer curl, barbell curl, shoulder press, squat, push-up, and plank. For dumbbell and hammer curls, you can see left- and right-arm rep counts separately. Barbell curls track both arms moving together. Plank sessions track your valid hold time instead of reps.
FEEDBACK WHILE YOU MOVE
Watch pose landmarks and workout status directly on the camera screen. Optional voice and haptic cues can make feedback easier to notice without constantly looking at your phone. REP AI can also show movement and form cues for supported exercises, but it is not a substitute for a qualified trainer.
WORKOUT HISTORY THAT STAYS USEFUL
After each session, review the exercise, reps or hold time, sets, active duration, and rep tempo where available. Weighted exercises let you enter the weight used before starting. Your workout logs are saved on your device, so you can revisit past sessions and see how your routine develops.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY TRAINING
Use REP AI at home or at the gym. Optional daily reminders can help you keep a consistent routine. The core camera-based pose analysis runs on your device, and your workout history is stored locally.
For best results, place your phone on a stable surface, keep the relevant body parts in frame, and train in good lighting. Camera-based tracking can occasionally miss or miscount movements. Exercise within your ability, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. REP AI is a fitness-tracking tool, not a medical device.
