⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. I paid MYR 109.99 for the yearly Premium subscription and the payment was successfully deducted. However, the app does not recognize my subscription at all. Every time I open the app, it takes me back to the initial registration process and asks me to subscribe and PAY AGAIN. I have already paid, yet I cannot access the service I purchased. I have now submitted a refund request through Google Play. Please fix your subscription and payment system.

At first this app interested me. I tried downloading the app, signed up for the subscription and expected it to behave like other apps would with their subscription. Little do I know that once I got the notifaction for the expiration date, if I didn't cancel immediately, my money would AUTOMATICALLY be transferred without prior notice. I REALLY want to hate this app, and I would, if not for the "dedication" behind it. So just to let you know, I'm not accepting my money until you fix this feature

I didn’t even get to use the app, yet I was still charged. I requested a refund, but getting my money back has been such a frustrating experience 🙄 Imagine paying for something you never used and still having to fight just to get your money back. 😒 Not a good first impression at all. I definitely won’t recommend subscribing to an app that makes customers struggle this much over a refund.
