About this app

Automatically record your trips directly via your Mercedes-Benz vehicle. The original Mercedes-Benz Logbook App makes it easy to keep a digital logbook for your company car, without any additional hardware. Trips are recorded and categorized automatically and can be exported at any time as an audit-compliant PDF or CSV file. Your logbook is maintained almost automatically, reducing the effort required for your tax documentation.

Your data is processed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz's high security and data protection standards.

EASILY MANAGE TRIPS:
Flexibly assign trips as private, business or commuting trips, merge partial trips and stay in control of your logbook at all times.

AUTOMATIC TRIP CATEGORIZATION:
Save your most important addresses and have your trips automatically categorized as private, commuting or business trips. This reduces the manual effort required to maintain your logbook.

AUDIT-COMPLIANT EXPORT:
Set a start and end time in just a few steps and export the data for the relevant period. Available formats include an audit-compliant PDF with a change history and CSV.

NOTIFICATIONS:
The app informs you about automatically categorized trips and reminds you in good time about trips that are about to expire.

Please note: A personal Mercedes me ID and acceptance of the Terms of Use for Digital Extras are required to use the digital logbook. You can check whether your vehicle is compatible in the Mercedes-Benz Store.

For tax-related use: We strongly recommend clarifying the required information and the exact form of documentation with the responsible tax authority in advance.
