Free app with theory and solved questions from public service exams in flashcard format. Today, the app covers a large part of the content of administrative law, constitutional law, information technology, and legislation of the Federal District (Brasília). There are more than 140 decks (sets of cards), with more than 7,000 theory cards and 10,000 question cards.

This application proposes a study methodology for public service exams based on flashcards, in which content assimilation is achieved through the extensive and repetitive solving of "cards" based on a vast number of past exam questions and related theory. The frequency of repetition of a given content will depend on the level of understanding indicated by the user, following a logic similar to that of conventional flashcards. Thus, the study will be more directed towards the effective learning of those topics in which the student has more difficulty assimilating, without being repetitive beyond what is necessary.

In addition to studying using flashcards, where the student mentally answers the cards and sets the frequency and periodicity of repetitions, it is also possible to study in "Questions" mode, where the user must answer the cards in the form of questions, and the app itself will control the repetitions based on the correct or incorrect answers. Another study alternative would be "Listen" mode, in which no user interaction with the app is necessary; the user only listens to the cards being read sequentially. This is ideal for occasions when it is impossible to handle a smartphone, such as when driving a car or engaging in physical activity, for example.

Here are some features included in the app to enhance learning:
* Optional presentation of content related to the cards (theory linked to questions and vice versa, in addition to indicating the error in the questions)
* Studied laws are made available (as a summary of the card decks) in a way that facilitates reading and highlights what is most frequently tested
* Reading of the card content via the device's audio, regardless of the selected study mode (which can improve content assimilation)
* Cards considered important by the user can be marked as favorites for later review
* Study rounds can be saved for later review
* Decks can be combined for joint study
* Theory review mode, which allows you to review the entire theory sequentially, highlighting sections with related questions or that have been "favorited" by the user
