WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Manage projects and work
Organize work into projects, work packages and tasks. Assign work to the right teams and contractors, set planned dates and durations, and track progress as it happens.

• Capture verified evidence
Record proof of work with your camera. Photos are automatically stamped with the date, time and location they were taken, so evidence is trustworthy and audit-ready.

• Review and approve
Submit completed work for review and approve, reject or send it back — with the full approval history captured against every task.

• Health & Safety
Maintain project safety files and log safety records and incidents from the field, with the supporting photos and documents attached.

• Claims and variations
Raise contractor claims and variation (change order) requests, route them through certify and approval steps, and keep commercial progress tied to verified work.

ProjectCore supports multiple organizations working together on the same project, with role-based permissions that control exactly what each person can see and do. Owners, engineers, project managers, contractors and their crews each get the right tools for their role, while every organization's data stays properly isolated.


PERMISSIONS

• Camera — to capture evidence, issue and safety photos.
• Location — to stamp captured photos and record attendance and trip locations. ProjectCore does not track your location in the background; it is read only at the moment you capture something.
• Photos and files — to attach existing images and documents.

You control these permissions and can grant or revoke them at any time in your device settings.

ProjectCore is a business tool. Your account is issued and administered by your employer or the organization that gives you access. You will need an account to sign in and use the app.
