I liked the idea so I wanted to see what it was all about....3 packs 2 of which were exactly the same...commons...as much money as the NFL makes...you can't give me different packs? Just another money grab. Bought another "Starter pack" which failed to open 3 times. I had to close the app and just see what i got in my collection🙃 it featured 2 3rd stringers and one Waddle Garbage play🤣 the packs are Garbage. I walk away feeling like I got 0 value from this transaction. Thanks again NFL👎

Long time user since beta and cannot in good faith recommend any new users to join at this point. Feels like a pure money grab where the pack drops are filled with worthless moments you'll never be able to make 1/3 of your money back on. Really wish they created more gamificarion or utility but at this point it's obvious it's more of a rug pull setup than building a long term product. Rip at your own risk but me personally I'd rather buy Sage that anything all day has to offer anymore.

Yet #10 is a great example of the useful technology that still needs better customer resources and response to feedback to this platform and apple as well. Why haven't you increased response to criticism and questions? Why doesn't your email address regarding feedback and issues have better answers or help? Your one of 3 app that is further behind the other 2 in all of these categories?
