I have been working on Daraz for almost a year now, but the experience has been quite disappointing. The commission charged is often higher than the actual profit we make from selling our products. Additionally, shipping is not fast — most of the time, deliveries are delayed. Many times, customers are ready to receive the product, but Daraz fails to deliver it. On top of that, payments are also made very late.

Notifications aren’t working at all! Old messages from customers don’t show up unless I open the chat myself, and if a completely new customer messages, it doesn’t appear in messages either. Because of this, my response rate stays low. This issue has been happening for 14-15 days. At first I ignored it thinking it was a phone problem, but it still doesn’t work on another phone or on my laptop. Very frustrating 😭

there are so many issues with the app....app continuously hangs and daraz deducts half of my payment from the total amount overall my experience is 50 50 please update your system more your app needs some modifications.....always there's an issue that my customer first connected to the daraz agent and most of the time they couldn't reach to me they step back and this is an order loss for me I should have to deal my customers on my own so they can get the accurate information....thank you
