Ratings and reviews

Great app but has issues. First, there's a load glitch that happens sometimes when viewing items, it just loads forever unless I back out, scroll a bit, maybe look at another item then the problem goes away for a bit. Second, if I'm on the app for say 5 minutes, my phone gets incredibly hot and drains battery very fast. I've definitely isolated the issue to this app, so I don't know if it's just poorly optimized or mining data in the background or something.

constant updates seem unnecessary! used to let you review an item when it was delivered. now you wait forever. and there does NOT need to be a separate tab for reviews! something that sits empty most of the time unless you happen to have multiple un-reviewed items? oh and there's a little "4" notification there ALL the time that's super annoying. no matter how many items to review, even if it's none, always there. favorites has been fixed but everything else is still pretty meh.

03/11/23 I cannot access any of my lists of saved products. I believe this is a bug as I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am having the same issue. When I open a list to view the saved products, I am met with an error that says "unable to load collection. Please try again later." This has been happening since last night.
