Ratings and reviews

Slow and buggy I am shopping from within the EU but the app keeps on reverting my default location to the US, both for the shop and the delivery location. I have seen that other users reported similar issues a while ago. Apparently, they have remained unresolved. :( Product pictures take a very long time to load. Something seems fishy. Looked and couldn't find a 'Report a bug' feature in the app. I hope someone in the company reads the reviews and could pass the feedback to the tech team.

There have been way too many app interface updates within the last year. The most frustrating part is the review section. It says I have reviews to do, but when I select it, there are no reviews to do. And I know I have a few to do, but I can't do those ones on the app. I've already tried uninstalling the app, and it hasn't helped. While I like etsy for what it offers, it is very frustrating when everything keeps changing every time I open the app or the app keeps breaking.

Ok, you folks are not listening to my words... there is no error page, so how can I share a screenshot of that? I said that first time. It starts to go to checkout, then suddenly stops and stays on the cart or ad page. There is no pop-up or message of any sort telling me what's wrong or any kind of error code. Please, if someone could actually be of help with this, that would be amazing. Telling me to send a screenshot of the error page to some email address is not helpful at all.
