• Pick a challenge: sincere compliment, buy a stranger a coffee, ask someone a question, dance in public, give a drawing… Challenges in kindness, boldness, creativity or discovery.
• Pick a spot on the map: your neighborhood, a bar, a park, a beach. The app gives you a reason to go.
• Go there and do the challenge. No pressure — just a small goal to complete, and real life takes over again.
