About this app

PhantomTasks: AI Task Planner

The to-do list you can text.

Type or say what you need to do — “remind me to call mom tomorrow at 3pm”, “plan my week”, “create 10 tasks for spring cleaning” — and PhantomTasks turns it into tasks with dates, times and reminders. No forms, no menus. Just a conversation.

WHAT IT DOES
• AI task planner: describe a project once and get a dated checklist
• Natural language reminders: “dentist Thursday 2pm” becomes a scheduled task
• Daily planner and agenda: your tasks and your meetings on one timeline
• Google Calendar sync: due dates appear next to your events
• Gmail, Slack, Outlook, Trello and Notion: tasks arrive from where they start
• Morning brief at 07:00: what matters today, before you open anything else
• Smart notifications that land at the right time, not three days late

MAKE IT A GAME
