Love the Wi-Fi and cellular service, but customer service is the worst! First, it's difficult to speak with an actual person. Then when you have an issue, they're quick to give ticket numbers, but it takes them forever to actually resolve an issue! But for the Wi-Fi and the cellular service, I would kick Xfinity all of the way to the curve! If I keep having issues though, I'm going to be done with Xfinity completely!!!

In July I tried logging into my account several times and it just kept going back to the first screen. After 6 attempts I deleted the app because this has happened twice before. UPDATE: I installed the app again. It is now November and no change, it is absolutely horrible. It takes you to a desk format and when you try to log in, the screen flickers then goes back to log in repeatedly. I can't get into my account at all. Go back to the old app, at least it worked!!

Not sure if it's the application, or Xfinity, but it is very poorly optimized. It struggles to load between pages from the home screen, and navigation is rough. Just to change the password on your wifi, for example, requires 4 pages to navigate. Xfinity really needs to invest some money in network/application development. Scrap this app, try again.
