Meh . . . The biggest disappointment is when it notifies me that it blocked a threat and then I click on the notification, it takes me to a blank screen. Then, when I try to go back or close it out, it freezes, then a "close this app" window pops up, and I have to close it that way. Also, it's a little hard to navigate. When I go back in to find the threat notification, I have to search for it.

Horrible app. Too many annoying ads from them trying to sell unnecessary stuff. What I hate the most is the fact I need a stupid,slow annoying app to edit anything on my router. I should be able to log straight into my router, like almost every other ISP and set it up the way I want and not rely on some app that has insane loading times. If there was another ISP where I live,I'd never get Xfinity again. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in the area and on the base.

Xfinity might be the worst company I have had to deal with. I cannot log into the app, which is required to set up my internet. It gives an error after the 2-factor code and logs me out. When I call support, the automated voice tells me there is an outage right now, and we cannot help you, and then hangs up. The current outage is for TV, WHICH I DON'T HAVE IN MY PLAN AND DOES NOT AFFECT ME. That an automated voice can hang up on me and have it impossible to reach an actual person is unacceptable
