Xfinity wasn't content with making the desktop website unusable, they had to do it to the app as well. Forced to update loops broken after un/reinstall, but then there's sign in loops that don't let me in. I got in once but it looks the app has been reduced to a bad webpage that reduces any features you had. I can't stress that I need this app because the website sucks so hard. Xfinity, I'm begging you to revert to the last working app update.

1 star. Using the old one was easy to manage and navigate. This one, you must sign in and even when you say to save your info on the device, it will ask you again to sign in. Have a question for the autobot? You need to sign in. Need to pay a bill? Sign in again. I don't know why the app was changed to this one however it is horrible. The UI is also clunky and not as visually pleasing as the original app. currently states needs an updated version, no update available? loops.

Has crashed 7 times so far over the past hour as I attempted to view my broadband labels, view my bill, view the outage map, and view the status of my equipment. Just performing a pull-down refresh caused one of the 7 crashes. Edit: As of the latest update (Dated 2025-04-17, I installed 2025-05-01) the app crashes immediately on every startup and is fully unusable. Edit 2 (2025-05-09): app has not been updated further since 04-17 and remains in a state of zero function after almost a month
