It worked great the first few days of school, but since a few days ago it only queues one of our kids in the school's system, but both show up as queued in my app. So, every day now I have to walk inside to get one of my kids from the front office while the other one shows up as being released, but by a teacher who he doesn't even have. Great idea for an app, but has major issues!

They can't sync properly. The school has the email of many parents but they can't get the app to sync to the schools list of emails. Customer service is terrible as the school has contacted them daily to get it fixed and they either are not capable or don't care. The school says they've done everything they can and are waiting on Dashpass to sync. Not a great service.

Hate this app. It takes forever to load and you have to go through too much for it to work sometimes. It doesn't work as well as schools think it does. You also have to either drive with your location on or text and drive right as you're reaching the school for it to work properly.
