The service's excruciating slowness leads to constant failed transactions and an endless cycle of retries. Even after hours or until the next day, success remains uncertain. The absence of subscription notifications means relying on dialing codes to confirm, adding to the frustration. This app, in my experience, is a harrowing disappointment. While it might function adequately for others, for me, it's the decisive catalyst for abandoning ship.

They are fraudulent. They charge you for depositing into your wallet which is understandable but why will you not credit the exact amount of data Purchased. When you purchase 10gig data they credit you 9.7gig and that's fraudulent. I complained about this and no response. There are other data apps that doesn't charge you for funding your wallet and you still get the exact data you paid for.

The app is very easy to use! But the major problem is that I at times fund my getsub account and it takes hours to reflect on the app, this has been happening several times and no online customer service to attend to you when they are needed urgently, kindly work on this or this might make a lot of piou quit using the app
