What a terrible app. I installed it on my new phone and tried multiple times to log in using my username and password but I kept getting an error message saying "Bad Request". I then requested a password reset and successfully changed my password. However when I tried to log in again, I received the same error message. What a waste of time. I can't even check my payslips or leave balance now. The employer should consider using a different app as this one is clearly unreliable.

Terrible app. Almost always rejects additions to timesheet with 'bad request'. Could not install it and open it on a new device without a fix from Datacom. Frustrating to try and use it. Even using the website version it sometimes drops hours from my timesheet. Not recommended, if I didn't have to use it for my job then I definitely wouldn't.

Constantly fails with "Bad request" popup (usually 5-6 stacked atop one another). Can't filter out regional public holidays that don't apply to me. Highly inconsistent back button behaviour. Display of leave balances takes some /weird/ approaches; displaying as "X weeks (Y days)" seems extremely odd, are days not most important? No way to browse old payslips in a list without clicking back back back through weeks/months/years of the things. Really struggling with what they were thinking here.
