The previous version was much superior. Sure it looked older. But it worked, you can not request refills of items out of refills, so rather than contacting the doctors, it just fails out. With the quick refill, as you add codes it refills them, then when you hit submit it errors out since they have already been refilled. None of the settings in the tab are selectable. Seriously if y'all need some testers let me know. You need new ones

Never Works. The server is always down. I was only able to log in once, & that was months ago. I've complained to my pharmacy, & they've called tech help, but nothing gets fixed. A complete waste of time & space on my phone. Don't bother with this app. They clearly are more into taking money from small businesses than actually providing a working service.

Hello, The server down message usually indicates a technical issue at the pharmacy. Can you please message us with the name of your pharmacy so we can look into this further.

What is going on with this. It worked well for quite a while and now it sucks. A 'protocol' message is constant displayed. I spoke to the actual pharm and they're as confused/irritated as I am. Is there an alternate or an update or something . Cause at this point it's straight up garbage!
