This app is designed to provide an additional convenience for you, our member-owner, and serve as another way in which you can be connected to your electric cooperative. It builds on existing resources such as our website ( and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map.

Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. There is no forgot User ID/ Password option... i cant sign in to pay bills. Therefore this app is now useless to me. Old interface was simply better

Tried to use app to check my latest bill and the home screen just showed add account and when I put in my account number got message that the account is already listed but I couldn't do anything 🤬

Will not function as an app is downloaded for. The premise of having an app is the consumers ability to more efficiently manage their account in this, ever increasingly, fast paced society. This app is simply deficient of all notable advantages.
