Ratings and reviews

Seemingly unable to call or access NZ services through "Call Us" function. Would be great if there was a number somewhere within the app for if/when it's needed.

Live chat does not load. Displays a 'live chat app' page, yet no live chat function loads. No option to try an external browser. Phone option seems to be only for organising an appointment or help with the app.

Benestar is pretty great. There's always a range of helpful therapists with different kinds of specialties to choose from. Really helpful during the tough times.
