If I could give this app and their website a zero, I would. Neither one works. The app never allows a login, and the website only allows a login, but nothing else. This has been problematic for years, and yet, nothing has been done to fix either. Way to go to provide absolutely no benefit to subscribers. Customer service line also stinks.

This is the worst company for customer service. Both the app and the website never work. The app won't open, and the website won't let you log in. It just tells you that your username and password are wrong. Calling customer support does no good because they can't get into your account either won't pull up on their side, and the company doesn't seem interested in fixing it.

Absolutely horrible app. I have an account that I set up on a web browser and wanted to use the app for easy access. I've tried logging in at least 20 times and I get a server error each time. I do not have a network or phone service issue and no issues with other apps. This company really isn't great and the app is even worse. Unfortunately my employer uses this company, so I have no choice but to participate. If I could give the app zero stars, I would.
