This is a navigational nightmare for service software. I would not recommend this program to anyone. you're better off having your own program made for the price they are selling this to you. Extremely clicky and a complete waste if my time. I'm supposed to be servicing my customers. This thing takes up 25% of my time with each customer.

I have worked with many apps in the past for service work, but this one is the worst. It seems as though when I am idle, while on the job, it will log me out, and when I log back in, it does a master download every single time. This actually slows down my production. Several times, I also have typed in ticket notes only to have them disappear after hitting the okay tab.

I've used a few applications for work and this is the worse. It can't log hours correctly on my time sheet or work order. Freezes, daily. Has numerous errors, daily. If I had only 1 app to delete from this earth, gerfs would be it.
