I have worked with many apps in the past for service work, but this one is the worst. It seems as though when I am idle, while on the job, it will log me out, and when I log back in, it does a master download every single time. This actually slows down my production. Several times, I also have typed in ticket notes only to have them disappear after hitting the okay tab.

crashes non stop. Every time you do something else on your devices you need to restart the app. Great ideas, horrible execution.
