"A few days ago, I uninstalled the Rocket app. Since then, I haven't been able to log in again. I also called your helpline, and they said they would inform the higher authority about the issue. However, I have not received any feedback yet. What should I do now? How can I use the Rocket app again?"

Terrible experience. Couldn't log into the app. Automated OTP detection doesn’t work, and no way to input it manually either. An app of this magnitude should be well maintained.

This is the worst and most terrible mobile banking app. it's full of bugs. I submitted my kyc and after confirming it says my father's name doesn't match with my NID while everything is fine. then, I resubmitted my kyc yet was unable to update my kyc due to that silly error. It took me around half an hour struggling with updating kyc. However, I couldn't update my kyc. So frustrating, very disappointing. Fix the issues I faced, please.
