Registration
Schools must be subscribed to SchoolPing for teachers and parents to use the app. Login details will be supplied to all users via an email invite or a letter home from your school.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't give notifications unless you go into the app. So many missed notifications about events at school, non uniform days, need to bring special stuff to school that day etc, but as the app doesn't notify I end up missing important updates from school. Developers need to get this sorted asap, and schools need to bear this in mind when they're sending important messages, and maybe look at other providers.

This app is a great tool for schools to get information to parents, but since the latest update it takes a long time to load the messages, a long time to register that you have read a message (very annoying as i have twins, so get two of every message) and using the payment function is a half hour activity, as it takes so long to load! Unfortunately this is the app the school use, so I'm stuck with it.

As others have said push notifications just don't work and haven't done for months. I've missed so many. And yes I've gone through all the troubleshooting checking notifications in app settings, rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling etc. They just don't do what they are supposed to so are really no better than the old method of emails from the office.
