About this app

Get your day in order with Capi, a capybara with a tangerine on its head who remembers your tasks, rings at the right time and cheers every one you finish. Tasks, shopping lists and notes in one app, no account needed.

THE BASICS ARE FREE
• Repeating tasks: every day, on the weekdays you pick, every few weeks, every month or every year
• Reminders as a notification or an alarm, with as many heads-ups as you like
• Home screen widgets
• Shopping lists and notes

TODAY
• The day's tasks, with overdue ones on top so nothing gets lost
• A repeating task shows up on every day it has. Couldn't do it? Touch and hold it and tap "Skip this day": only that day is skipped and the series goes on
• From the same menu, move a task to today or tomorrow
• Filter by list and sort by time, priority, name or newest
• A progress bar and a note from Capi as the day goes by

REMINDERS THAT RING
• Notification or alarm, at the time or 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day before
• "Keep ringing until done": rings again every 5 minutes, up to 3 times
• Complete a task or snooze it 10 minutes right from the notification
• Reminder check: Capi shows what could keep a reminder from ringing (permission, exact-time alarms, battery saver) and lets you test one right away

FULL TASKS
• A date, all day or a start and end time
• Priority, subtasks and notes
• Focus mode: a 25-minute pomodoro with breaks, on one task

SHOPPING LISTS
• Lists just for shopping, apart from your tasks: groceries, pharmacy, a barbecue…
• A quantity on every item and an "In the cart" section
• Clear what you bought or uncheck everything for the next trip to the store

NOTES
• Colored notes, pinned to the top, with search
• Ideas, recipes, messages and measurements in one place

CALENDAR
• The whole month, with dots on the days that have tasks
• Tap a day to see and check off what's on it

WIDGETS
• "Today": the day's tasks, with a circle on the side to complete them without opening the app
• "New task": one tap and you're typing

YOUR CAPI
• A streak, tangerines for every task you finish and a chart of your week
• Capi's mood follows your day

NO ACCOUNT
• Your tasks, lists and notes stay on your device
• In English, Portuguese and Spanish: pick one in settings or follow your device's language
