Wise Mind offers a comprehensive mental well-being experience divided into two essential phases. It begins with a suicide risk assessment, carried out using the FICVIDA evaluation battery, already standardized in Mexico. This process is carried out under the supervision of health professionals and meets all the necessary ethical requirements, guaranteeing a safe and reliable environment for users.
The second phase of Wise Mind focuses on skills training based on DBT-Mindfulness, through a digital adaptation of the "Urban DBT-MX Skills Training Manual 2.0", developed and validated by the Emotional Regulation and Prevention Laboratory of the Suicide of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. This training proposes a series of strategies designed to improve emotional regulation and promote psychological well-being.
Each application user has a personal space to manage their account and personal data. Additionally, an interactive game map is included where, week by week, new skills can be unlocked. The program, which lasts three months, is based on Dr. Marsha Linehan's Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, recognized for its effectiveness in the treatment of emotional dysregulation.
Additionally, users have unlimited access to a virtual emotional assistant, a DBT-trained chatbot that offers ongoing guidance on using the app and the principles of mindfulness and mindfulness.
As they progress, users unlock badges, accumulate points, and climb the rankings to become mindfulness experts. They can also form clubs, compete in team rankings, and encourage the practice of skills collectively, thus encouraging an environment of support and mutual motivation.
With Wise Mind, each step is an advance towards better emotional management, allowing users to face personal challenges with greater serenity and effectiveness.
