Salespeople create, deliver and print correctly priced orders or invoices in the field. Designed for route sales and DSD (Direct Store Delivery), MobilePDQ is the affordable solution updating invoices over WiFi and WWAN (cellular) networks. Sync data and sales transactions with QuickBooks desktop and enterprise versions 17 and newer located on your own server or hosted in the "cloud". Customers, Products, and pricing information may be created in QuickBooks or create your own on the Android device . Process credit card payments with the premium version. Cash collection and charges are also supported in the app. The App is free to review with test data. The subscription service includes integration with Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise or Pro desktop versions on your premise or on the cloud.

Preferences fine-tune the user experience reducing complexity and simplifying training. Devices may use their camera to scan the item bar-code for enhanced productivity.

A sample database is available when you download the demo. A license is required to sync transactions to your in-house or cloud-based QuickBooks desktop installation.

A paid license fee is required for access to sync information with QuickBooks desktop versions.

Honeywell and Zebra Technology industrial handheld devices and portable printers are available for sale and configuration. Larger companies will derive a more cost-effective and efficient results with rugged smart phones or tablets specifically designed for route sales.

We also support Bring Your Own Device as long as the devices are operating with Android 5.0 or later. Data Sync is available through WiFi, WWAN (cellular) and direct connect (USB).

A standalone version is available without the QuickBooks desktop interface. This is a "self-service" program. The user can import the customer and item table by copying a CSV file to their device. Settings provides data entry for the customer, item, route and customer invoice logo tables.
