This is a good app. It syncs everything from the desktop browser after you login, of course. I've been using the proxy service and app for about two years now. It does take some getting used to (figuring on what is where), but I think it's safe to say it's 95% exact from the desktop browser. Cust Service IS IN CHINA. Be mindful of time zone difference. They usually respond quickly, but the translated response isn't always easy to understand.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

Seems to work fine.. until you place an order, through the TaoBao fowarding parcel, soon as I press to order, app freezes, and I'm forced to close the app. Very annoying. EDIT: After using it for some manner of time, it does the job well, and customer service (Especially on the Discord for Superbuy) are very helpful, worth using for that aspect alone.
