I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

Seems to work fine.. until you place an order, through the TaoBao fowarding parcel, soon as I press to order, app freezes, and I'm forced to close the app. Very annoying. EDIT: After using it for some manner of time, it does the job well, and customer service (Especially on the Discord for Superbuy) are very helpful, worth using for that aspect alone.

Don't use this site! they don't tell you how much shipping costs will be, which they told me was about 8 times the amount of the actual product. I need to wait 24 hours to hear back from anyone! and they won't refund my money back to my DEBIT CARD! THEY ARE TRYING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO SOME "SUPER BUY BALANCE" WHICH I DO NOT WANT NORE DID I ASK FOR! I WISH I NEVER TOOK THE CHANCE AT BUYING FROM THIS SITE! EVERY SALES APP NEEDS TO CHARGE SHIPPING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, this is entrapment.
