I've been trying to create a personal account and all that has been offered are wholesale accounts. Where it wants business ID numbers and so on. Are personal accounts available? I am struggling to figure this out and have had zero success. I have contacted customer service and have not had a return call. I'm missing something and just want some guidance. Thank You

They have some cute items some of the quality of it not so great some items can be just like described but others can be poor quality especially for the PRICE you pay especially in SHIPPING the price on shipping is CRAZY and now I see they are adding a extra TARIFF CHARGE on top of a shipping charge so I will be deleting this app 🤷

AWFUL shipping prices!! Clothes are cute and affordable, but I put one item in my cart for $11.98 and went to checkout to see what shipping would be and my total went to $53!!!!! Like WHAT?!?! I buy from multiple places in Korea and China on a regular basis and have NEVER paid anything close to that for shipping! Y'all would have a ton of business if you lowered the shipping. You're missing out on money by overcharging like that.
