I ordered items and was told THREE months later that those items weren't even in production. They assured me I'd get a REFUND, which I did not get. They tried to give me store credit, I said absolutely not, I will never buy from this place again. They then proceeded to delete the messages about the items not being in production, and then deleted my entire account. The absolute WORST, slimy, shady, and dishonest customer service I've ever received.

No way am I going to pay this percentage in shipping I would make no money for a $546 order to turn into $1123.97 No thanks I will wait on my regular vendor to reach back out especially when I'm settling for pieces that are so plain Jane and dated some are okay but definitely not worth the shipping.

I've been trying to create a personal account and all that has been offered are wholesale accounts. Where it wants business ID numbers and so on. Are personal accounts available? I am struggling to figure this out and have had zero success. I have contacted customer service and have not had a return call. I'm missing something and just want some guidance. Thank You
