Deceptive business practices like fake coupons/discounts and fake free returns, I like what I've gotten, but the coupons are a joke. The app sucks.They arent deals, and you have to buy very specific items that arent explained well. They dont calculate correctly I got an anniversary code but couldn't use it saying my purchase didn't qualify but yet would never come back or tell me what the requirements are. Same for birthday. This has happened multiple times.I would order monthly if not for that.

I had an excellent experience with my 1st order, clothing arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the clothes was great. I ordered a fees items again but in a different color. But this time my experience with the delivery is horrible. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for confirmation of shipment. unbeknownst to me, 2 items are pre-ordered items and until those items become available, nothing will ship. That's why I gave 2 stars.

the quality has gone way down. I've bought many items over the last three or so years with perfect fitting clothes-high quality. Last few orders it took forever to receive, wasnt as described, didnt fit the same AND washing the item in cold water like I've always done, shrunk the pants. Good luck trying to return items, a huge pain!!!! Also once they get your info its over the top with the advertising I absolutely love my clothes bought from company years ago! NO MORE
