Overall great experience. It's fun to get random thoughts from our favorite stars. But 2 things: 1. Lately with some artists, I can't scroll up the chat anymore. It just stops even though I can access the old medias, but the chats are stuck. 2. I know you can translate message per message but that's a pain, can't you add an "auto translate" feature for all messages. Tapping one by one feels like a chore.

All pay the same subscription price for an artist, but only made the download and screenshot available to iOS users. In the next update, make that feature available for everyone. We are not able to maximize the experience of using this app because of that, and also the replay that's only available for 24 hours. The notification isn't working well too. I missed Bubble lives because it doesn't notify me. sad. :(

If you are taking money from customers monthly, you have to make the screnshooting and recording feature available. The artist does q&a and picks few people to reply, you can't even download the reply afterwards to save it and it expires after 24 hours. So you are pretty much paying for getting ignored and begging for replay uploads at the end of the day. And the message/character limit is the cherry on top... btw I'm waiting for the day idols shift from using this app to a way better app ☺🙏🏻
