Want a second opinion? Eligible AI reports can be submitted for manual review inside the app.

A reviewer can examine the original images, AI scores, and annotations, then provide an advisory result covering centering, corners, edges, surface, and
overall condition. You may be asked to provide clearer photos when needed.

Each account includes one complimentary manual review credit. It is granted once and does not renew monthly.

After it is used, packs of 5 additional manual reviews are available as a separate one-time in-app purchase. Packs do not expire. Your local price is
shown before purchase.
