I'm trying to log into my account through their website. It says that I need to authenticate through the app. When I go to the app and I enter my login information, it sends a code to my email for me to enter. When I enter it and click continue, nothing happens!!!! What a waste of time!!!! I just need to see some information. I wish my company had never switched to deel tbh.

Terrible user interface. It's hard to find what you're looking for. Some stuff just doesn't work. Things take ages to load. edited to add: I'm pretty sure this app was vibe coded. it's so bad and full of glitches. You try contacting support on the app. they respond with an email that ends with "just reply to this email to respond". I do this and then quickly get an email saying that there was an error delivering it as you can't send emails to that email address.

The app is very buggy. I will not be reaching out to CS. My home page is just empty and doesn't display anything apart from my name. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, it will redirect to Payments where I can see my previous payments. But sometimes it doesn't, and then I'm just stuck on the empty home page. Notifications point to "Page not found", so does "My profile".
