The app is very buggy. I will not be reaching out to CS. My home page is just empty and doesn't display anything apart from my name. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, it will redirect to Payments where I can see my previous payments. But sometimes it doesn't, and then I'm just stuck on the empty home page. Notifications point to "Page not found", so does "My profile".

got an issue , after setting up my account - I'm trying to submit the proof of address document from 3 months but I'm unable to upload. They have no customer service , a strange AI chatbot is available for the customer support but they didn't help me. they don't have a proper customer support channel to raise serious concerns. They updated the app several times I waited 3 months for that upload fix but still not and this kind of experience forced me to write this review . not recommended.

Your technical team needs to debug why the phone app never opens, I have to be on my computer to use deel, please debug the mobile app and see why it's not working, I see alot of people reporting the same issue and you keep referring them to your customer service, it's a real bug that doesn't need an official ticket and compliant to fix it, don't refer me to your CS just fix the thing goddammit 😭
