Your technical team needs to debug why the phone app never opens, I have to be on my computer to use deel, please debug the mobile app and see why it's not working, I see alot of people reporting the same issue and you keep referring them to your customer service, it's a real bug that doesn't need an official ticket and compliant to fix it, don't refer me to your CS just fix the thing goddammit 😭

Service is great. App itself is a bit broken at times. Edit: Support reached out for details on what wasn't working. Bumping from 3 to 4 stars—still some issues, but the team is working on them Edit 2: A few months later, the app feels more stable now, so 5 stars it is

They don't even deserve a star! My account with them got hacked recently, the money was extracted from Deel Advance (which allows contractors to get their salaries in advance with service fee, works like a loan) and the funds were transferred to crypto wallet. After investigation, they just said it got authorized because my compromised email and that I need to pay the Deel Advance amount I did not use! Their system got hacked, and mine is not a single case. Don't use this payment platform!
