I'm trying to log into my account through their website. It says that I need to authenticate through the app. When I go to the app and I enter my login information, it sends a code to my email for me to enter. When I enter it and click continue, nothing happens!!!! What a waste of time!!!! I just need to see some information. I wish my company had never switched to deel tbh.

I am really unfortunate why my company uses this as a mode of payment. Not only are the transfers late, they charge for transfer modes that they call instantaneous yet almost always takes more than 24 hours from initiating it and up until the money gets credited to your chosen account!! The support is useless too! Saying an issue has been forwarded to one of their priority teams yet still no prioritization is happening! They just say that to buy time until their system fixes itself!

If you are contemplating using Deel and have any other option, use the other option! My experience with Deel (working as an engineer in Germany) was the worst I could imagine - anytime their team had an opportunity to screw things up, they did. Their level of incompetence has no equal. The app is reasonable when it works, but constantly requires updates (way more often than any other app).
