Terrible user interface. It's hard to find what you're looking for. Some stuff just doesn't work. Things take ages to load. edited to add: I'm pretty sure this app was vibe coded. it's so bad and full of glitches. You try contacting support on the app. they respond with an email that ends with "just reply to this email to respond". I do this and then quickly get an email saying that there was an error delivering it as you can't send emails to that email address.

The app is very buggy. I will not be reaching out to CS. My home page is just empty and doesn't display anything apart from my name. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, it will redirect to Payments where I can see my previous payments. But sometimes it doesn't, and then I'm just stuck on the empty home page. Notifications point to "Page not found", so does "My profile".

got an issue , after setting up my account - I'm trying to submit the proof of address document from 3 months but I'm unable to upload. They have no customer service , a strange AI chatbot is available for the customer support but they didn't help me. they don't have a proper customer support channel to raise serious concerns. They updated the app several times I waited 3 months for that upload fix but still not and this kind of experience forced me to write this review . not recommended.
