one of the worst applications I've used so far. I have been facing login issues for the past 3 weeks and support is a joke. They really couldn't figure out what's going on and asked me to wait till their technical team reaches out in 24 hours, I haven't heard from them in over two weeks. Update: They finally called after seeing this review and asked for screen recording. Sent it twice but nothing, the issue still persists even though their technical team already claimed that the issue is fixed

The app still has issues, but the Deel team has been really attentive to the feedback. There are still a few pending actions: A massive banner about non-mandatory documents takes over the main screen. The add instant funds into the deel card was removed, now the way of doing it is with the withdrawal option from the balance and this take 10–60 minutes despite saying instant. Appreciate the support from the Deel team about the currency issue.

Okay app. What's most frustrating is them often not releasing funds on time. They state they haven't yet received the funds when the client paid over a week ago. I don't think that transactions should take ages in 2025 when most payments are now instant, they are either using obsolete methods or are holding funds for no reason. Whenever they receive funds early, they will never release them as well as you always get paid on the same hour. So it's only late payments. Support answers generically.
