The guard service works well enough without the app, but the app itself is almost unusable. I get the notifications that an event happens in email which drives me to have to search in the app. Most of the time the videos don't load and say to check back later. I have to check on my wife's iPhone. Some settings are not visible to me like business hours. The help desk technician was trying to steer me to the right place and it didn't exist.

It sounds like you may be using our residential app instead of the Deep Sentinel for Business app, which would explain why business hours weren’t visible. The app with the red logo is our residential app. The tan colored logo is for business customers.

I have multiple locations, so when Deep Sentinel emails notification of service issues, they are not able to tell me which location is needing attention specifically. This requires a phone call and is such a time-consuming process. Their program is a great service, but personally, I feel they lack some of the basic security features I've experienced with similar service providers in the past. A lot of operators seem like they need additional training in handling their calls, it's improved though
