I have multiple locations, so when Deep Sentinel emails notification of service issues, they are not able to tell me which location is needing attention specifically. This requires a phone call and is such a time-consuming process. Their program is a great service, but personally, I feel they lack some of the basic security features I've experienced with similar service providers in the past. A lot of operators seem like they need additional training in handling their calls, it's improved though

If I could give a negative star, I would. They were great in the beginning but now it's awful. They watch people steal things from your yard without lifting a finger. Their app is the worst. Constantly freezes and the company doesn't do a thing to resolve.
